Welcome to the City of Baltimore’s “Recycle Right” web tool.
This easy-to-use tool helps to take the guess work out of recycling. Just type in or click on the name of the item that you are looking for, and information will be provided on proper disposal. If there’s no information on a particular item, please let us know. You can contact DPW’s Office of Waste Diversion at 410-396-4511, or send an email to Recycling@BaltimoreCity.gov.
Please follow recycling and disposal instructions for individual items. If an item is not listed or you are not sure, you can email recycling@baltimorecity.gov. Please remember that when in doubt, throw it out.
